Josh Allen’s ex-girlfriend Brittany Williams claimed she was “hacked” after a nasty comment about the Buffalo Bills quarterback made from her Instagram account circulated online.
“My accounts have been hacked several times tonight,” she alleged on her Instagram Story on Friday. “Trying to get it resolved. If anyone has any tips please Imk 🙏🏻🥹.”
The post came after fans shared screenshots of her calling Allen, 28, a “brain dead CTE athlete” via Instagram shortly after his engagement to Hailee Steinfeld was announced on Friday.
Williams’ alleged comment was in response to someone trolling her over her own love life, saying, “Haven’t found the next pro athlete yet????”
She then allegedly hit back, “luckily my boyfriend owns a team and doesn’t play for one. 🙏🏻 don’t
have to be with another brain dead CTE athlete.”
CTE (chronic traumatic encephalopathy) is a brain disorder that causes nerve cells in the brain to die, per Cleveland Clinic. It is believed to be caused by repeated head injuries, but it is still being researched.
CTE has reportedly been found in the brains of US football players and other athletes who play high contact sports, such as boxing.
It’s unclear who Williams is currently dating. Her rep — and Allen’s — did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.
Allen and Williams were childhood friends and dated for a decade until their split in early 2023.

The NFL star then moved on with Steinfeld, 27, that same year. A Page Six source spotted the couple packing on the PDA during a New York City sushi date in May 2023.
Allen and Steinfeld made their relationship Instagram-official one year into their relationship last July.
On Friday, the athlete and “Pitch Perfect” actress announced they got engaged via a joint Instagram post.
Their announcement included a single photo of Allen on one knee in front of Steinfeld, who had her forehead pressed against his.
The romantic proposal occurred at an archway filled with pink flowers on a waterfront property.
“♾️ 11•22•24 ♾️,” they simply captioned the post.
